1. We collect account information (username, email, and password hash), gameplay statistics, and technical logs necessary to operate the game and prevent abuse.
2. Your personal data is processed in accordance with applicable privacy laws. We do not sell your information to third parties.
3. Cookies and similar technologies may be used on our website to maintain sessions and improve user experience. You may disable cookies in your browser, though some features may not function.
4. We may share limited data with payment processors and anti-cheat partners solely for transaction verification and security purposes.
5. You may request access to or deletion of your personal data by contacting our support team, subject to legal retention requirements.

General Conduct

All players are expected to maintain a fair and respectful environment. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

1. Cheating & Exploits — Using third-party programs, bots, macros, hacks, or exploiting bugs for unfair advantage. Report bugs instead of abusing them.
2. Harassment — Threatening, insulting, or discriminating against other players based on race, gender, religion, nationality, or any protected characteristic.
3. Real-Money Trading (RMT) — Selling or buying in-game items, accounts, or currency for real-world money outside official channels.
4. Impersonation — Pretending to be a Game Master, staff member, or another player.
5. Spam & Advertising — Flooding chat channels, posting unsolicited advertisements, or promoting external services without permission.
6. Inappropriate Content — Creating character names, guild names, or messages that are offensive, sexually explicit, or violate local laws.

Violations may result in warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent account termination at our discretion.

Account Rules

1. Each player may maintain a limited number of accounts as defined in our official policy. Multi-accounting for abuse is forbidden.
2. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. Do not share your account with others.
3. Accounts are non-transferable. Selling, gifting, or trading accounts is not permitted.
4. We reserve the right to reclaim usernames that are inactive for an extended period or violate naming rules.
5. Players under the age of 13 (or the minimum age in their jurisdiction) must obtain parental consent before registering.

Virtual Items & Payments

1. Gem Store purchases grant a limited, revocable license to use virtual items within the game. Items have no real-world monetary value.
2. All sales are final unless required by applicable consumer protection laws.
3. We may modify, rebalance, or discontinue virtual items to maintain game balance without prior notice.
4. Chargebacks or fraudulent payment activity will result in immediate account suspension.
5. Promotional items and event rewards are subject to the terms stated at the time of the promotion.

Intellectual Property

1. All game content — including art, music, code, characters, and trademarks — is owned by Infinity Luna Online and its licensors.
2. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.
3. Fan content (screenshots, videos, guides) may be shared for non-commercial purposes with proper attribution.

Termination & Suspension

1. We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or applicable laws.
2. Upon termination, you lose access to your account, characters, and virtual items without compensation.
3. You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Some data may be retained as required by law.

Limitation of Liability

The game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for service interruptions, data loss, or indirect damages arising from your use of the game. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via the website or in-game notice. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
