Having troubles with your account?
For help with Payment Wall payment issues please go to Purchase Gems and click the HELP button to see your transactions and contact Payment Wall for assistance.
For issues with Stripe payments please submit a ticket under "Payment Issues (Stripe)".
If you need help recovering an account that is banned or was hacked you may use our help desk. This process may take 3-15 days.
If your account was hacked and/or your items were stolen you must contact an administrator immediately to get it locked (discord). If you disregard to do this you might not be able to recover your account and/or its contents.
We do not provide repeated support for hacked accounts. Your account's safety is your responsibility.
For forgotten password or username use this form. We do not provide support for forgotten/inactive/lost e-mails.
We do not guarantee recovery of items in the following instances: items traded willingly between players, items taken by one of the parties that has access to the account provided by the owner (shared account).
